MMEL Option Only

This may be a more economical option for Part 91 operations (if you inspector allows) and will make future issues almost disappear.
This will look like an fully developed MEL, in that we have developed (M) and (O) procedures or factory procedures to supplement the MMEL, along with forms and support. It is just the front end, the MEL body that is the MMEL.
You save significant money and hassles, if you can use an MMEL because as the MMEL changes, you leave the procedures and policies in place and just download the latest FAA MMEL from their website.
