PAYMENTS
First Time Customers: We would like to talk you, not to up sell anything, but to be sure you are getting what you need and not more or different. The best way to do this is go through the store, select the options, and then on CHECK OUT select the PHONE ORDER option and that way we will see what you wanted and will talk with you.

WORKSHEETS
Processing your order triggers a charge on your credit card within 2-4 days, usually, But if you do not send back the downloaded worksheets (RVSM, MEL, International Operations, GOM, GMM, SMS, etc), within five days we chargeback the credit card and you may have to start over. If you are going to have a delay on the worksheets either
1) make this a PHONE ORDER so we do not process the card, or
2) call and let us know and we will not chargeback and cause a hassle.
Credit Cards: If you do a PHONE ORDER on check out, we will take the payment information and hold it until the worksheets are sent back. When you buy RVSMs, MELs, International Operations Manuals, and Part 125/135 certifications, GMMs and other manuals, the check out will email you an invoice so you can download worksheets to send back to us.
However, sometimes it is better if you get the worksheets and we will hold the charge on the credit card until we are ready to run the job or get it started before the charge. Sometimes this is a better option for you. So do consider it, especially if this is your first purchase from GLN.
Wire Transfers: This is pretty common with our Middle East and other foreign customers in Africa and Asia. It usually takes a few days and up to a week, depending on how many bank routings are in the path from you to us and the bank will not release funds until all the back fills are okayed.
Checks: Fine, but we do need to wait for them to clear, which is usually only a few days. In some cases we can do an online check payment. Call and ask us about that.
Bags of Cash: Laugh, as you may, but in our clandestine operations days, bags of cash, lots of it was not unusual. Mostly confiscated drug money we assume being laundered through our company by one of the government ABC organizations. We have a really interesting book coming out after the ABC group runs the chapter approvals. Very interesting.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only eligible on projects that we have not started on. Usually, we start a job the day the worksheets are in, so there is little gap there.
